Ben founded Echo Uptime and leads the product and technical side of the platform, as well as the commercial arm with partners and resellers.

His focus is on building monitoring that’s simple, reliable, and easy to scale - whether that’s for a single website or rolled out across thousands through a partner. From how the system is built to how it’s sold, the aim is the same: uptime monitoring that just works, without unnecessary complexity.

He looks after outreach, onboarding, and how customers interact with the product from first sign-up through day-to-day use. Working closely with customers and partners, Charlie ensures Echo Uptime stays clear, approachable, and aligned with how UK businesses actually operate.
